Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact via admin@biolabsresearch.co. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Damaged or incorrect lots should be reported via the inquiry form. Refunds or credits apply only if a paid order exists. When card payment is enabled, approved refunds for paid orders may be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; until then, resolution is handled through the inquiry flow and you will receive email confirmation of any credit or replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
