
Dual-pathway synergy: BPC-157 (gastric-derived) and TB-500 (thymus-derived) targ
A BPC-157 / TB-500 blend is two peptides in one vial, not a new substance. BPC-157 is a 15-residue gastric-derived fragment with its own CAS and mass. The TB-500 listing on this site is an N-acetyl LKKTETQ fragment (not intact thymosin beta-4) with its own CAS. Mixing them does not mint a third CAS. If the lot paper shows one sequence, it has not identified the SKU.
This note is identity for laboratory purchasing. It does not sell tissue-repair stacks, sports recovery, or a ratio. HPLC area% is still not net peptide content, and we will not invent either number for a blend.
BPC-157 identity
BPC-157 is the pentadecapeptide GEPPPGKPADDAGLV (H-Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val-OH). Public listings use CAS 137525-51-0, formula C62H98N16O22, and a nominal mass of about 1419.5 Da. That is one molecule. Longer “BPC” proteins from gastric juice are not this 15-mer. C-terminal amides, if a vendor ships them, are a different mass and must be stated.

TB-500 listing identity
TB-500 on this site is a catalog name for a thymosin-beta-4 fragment listing, commonly Ac-LKKTETQ, CAS 885340-09-2. That is not full-length thymosin beta-4 (43 residues). It is not thymosin alpha-1 (the 28-residue N-acetyl peptide). If a COA prints intact T-beta-4 mass against a TB-500 PO, the lot is the wrong length.

A blend is not a third CAS
CAS numbers index single substances (or defined salts), not storefront mix names. There is no legitimate third registry number that means “BPC-157 plus TB-500.” A vendor who invents one, or who prints only one of the two CAS numbers on a blend label, has not described the vial. The correct label is two CAS numbers, two sequences, two masses.
Contrast with trade-name blends that never name the components — those listings have no CAS at all until a lot COA lists molecules. This SKU does name both molecules. That is the difference. The unnamed-blend problem is discussed in the GLOW 70 identity note.
Lot paper must show both
A usable COA for this SKU reports:
- BPC-157 sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, theoretical ~1419.5 Da, observed mass.
- TB-500 fragment sequence as actually synthesized (Ac-LKKTETQ if that is the listing), theoretical mass for that fragment, observed mass.
- HPLC that can be read for each named peak, with method ID.
- Component amounts only if measured for that lot — never a blog ratio.
Two peaks with one unlabeled chromatogram is not enough. Two masses with one sequence line is not enough. If only BPC-157 is on the paper, you were sold a BPC-157 lot in a blend carton, or the paperwork is incomplete. Either way, do not start the experiment.
No HPLC percentage and no ratio
HPLC area% is a UV ratio under one method, not milligrams of either peptide. A blend makes that confusion worse: two main peaks, two area%, still no net peptide content. We will not print a house purity for this SKU. Read HPLC area percent vs net peptide content before treating any percentage on a blend COA as a weighing factor.
Mix ratio is lot data. This article does not invent 5 mg / 5 mg, 10/10, or any other pair. If the COA is silent on amounts, request it. If the COA is silent on both masses, it is not a blend COA.
