Copper-binding / ECM
Copper-binding peptides are short sequences that form stable complexes with copper(II) ions. They are used in coordination-chemistry and extracellular-matrix (ECM) research in cell culture. This family groups the catalog listings used in that literature.
GHK-Cu copper tripeptide (100mg) is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. The free tripeptide, GHK, is listed in PubChem as C14H24N6O4, 340.38 g/mol (CID 73587) [1]. PubChem lists several copper complexes of GHK under separate records with different formulas and charge states [2], so the lot certificate should state which form, and which copper content, a vial contains. Our GHK-Cu identity note explains the difference between the copper complex and free Gly-His-Lys.
ECM-70 named research blend (70mg) is a catalog blend sold under a name, not under a single CAS number. Its composition is defined by the vial label and the lot documentation, not by a public registry record. Our note on why ECM-70 is a named catalog blend covers how to read its paperwork.
The literature on these materials uses them as laboratory tools: in copper-coordination studies, and in cell-culture models that look at matrix-related markers. Those are research questions, not established outcomes. These listings are research reagents and not cosmetic or consumer products.
Each listing is a sealed lyophilized reagent. Lab COA PDFs are published per product in our COA library, and safety data sheets are on the SDS page. For laboratory research use only.
